chevron_rightWhat should I do if the tornado sirens go off? Our County Outdoor Warning Sirens (COWS) are located at several places within the City of Bowling Green and Warren County. These sirens are activated when a tornado warning is issued for Warren County. The COWS are meant to be an alert for anyone outside, they are not meant to be heard inside of buildings. If you hear the sirens, seek shelter indoors away from windows, preferably in an interior room or basement level. Commercial buildings have tornado shelters. Some Parks and Recreation Facilities also have tornado shelters on site if you are away from your home at the time.
